This class will discuss the labor intensive journey of the 2nd most popular beverage on our planet. We'll start off with a brief history of coffee, and how and where coffee is grown. After we lay the groundwork we'll move on to how to pick and process coffee as well as best practices around selecting coffee from a roaster.
