Role & Responsibilities:

Hopewell is in the business of unforgettable experiences. The member coordinator sits on the front lines of those experiences, interacting with members on a daily basis and serving as the lead concierge for each guest. This role is the linchpin for daily operations at Hopewell HQ and requires patience, positivity, and personality. This person will work an early shift, serving a dual role at the outset as morning front desk concierge, coordinator for in-house staffing, and handle event planning/scheduling/setup.  You will be a walking encyclopedia of Hopewell knowledge and constantly concerned with creating exceptional member experiences. You are thoughtful, adaptable, genuine and you remember everything, including birthdays, names, and how people take their coffee. 


  • Event inquiries, scheduling, staffing and coordination

  • Morning front desk shift

  • New member inquiries and account setup

  • Hopewell facility tours

  • Hopewell member programming and events 


  • Social media brand presence across channels (helping to publicize and capture events) 

  • Public Relations and communications (Keeping the Brand Experience team in-the-know on member highlights, events publicity, etc.)

Internal Organization:

  • Report to COO

  • Coordinate with outside vendors 

  • Coordinate with Brand Experience team

  • Oversee concierge team members
